I chose this book because I like what the author said. She no longer needs GPS to search for happiness, because the power to find that happiness lies within herself. From the deepest self-acceptance to a simple, customized daily routine plan. She felt at peace knowing her outside is a reflection of her truth on the inside. Now, she realized that she loved herself for who she was: the girl in the mirror.

She emphasized these words:
I am who I am and where I am meant to be simply because that is where I am at the moment. I’ll never regret the past, because who I was then helped me evolve into exactly who I am today and gives me the ability to share with you, real girls just like me, that able to start getting all together for good (Really)
I chose this because I have a problem with my self-esteem. Though I graduated with the highest degree in education and still feel incomplete. I am feeling lost. It has to be changed.

The story took place somewhere teenage until the moment she discovered the secret to make shits put all together.
It happens everywhere, but it all starts in the mind. What you manifest outside or what your actions are, came from the belief inside.
It took about from 14 years starting age to until career life started. She discovered her strength when she joined musical performances such as singing until it grow and went to a school in LA and her life started to bring life at the same time, all that insecurities inside made her weak.

The author is the main character here. She challenges herself from having all this * put together and making life great and easy ( really). This author is memorable because she taught about
- How to love inner you and accepting the real you? How to take care of your skin, hair, make-up, nails?
- How to be seen by others: “ Nutrition, Fitness, and Fashion”
- How to better on oneself “organizing and decorating, money and time management
- How to pursue oneself “Talents and Dreams”
- How to relate to others “Friends, Family, and Relationships

The topic that interests me most can be summarized as follows
- Innerself: Accepting You
- Know yourself very well. Strengthen your strengths, Figure out your weaknesses, and be aware of your insecurities.
- Learn affirmations, meditations and have beliefs transformed into loving and accepting yourself.
- Facing your fear
- Taking care of yourself where beauty is pain
- Style yourself through face, skin, hair, nails, and make-up
- Mindfully eating using the recommended Food Log Diary
- Have a fitness, wellness, mindfulness lifestyle and journaling
- Keeping your eyes on the prize
- Don’t give up. Focus on commitment and long-term goals.
- 20 min. a day spend for improving oneself a day such as mind setting which involves affirmations, journaling, exercises.
- Fashion – celebrate you! Stop faking yourself!
- Wear you have not to wear for a long time choose vintage or classic clothes because it does wear off at the long times.
- Organize – keep listing and labels. Like current projects, to do’s financial documents, receipts, important docs, medical
- Time management – do routines, to do’s ,to schedule, phone texts, checklist
- Have reflections and collections – yesterday’s point, food and workout log, dreams, could be done better, highlights
- Pursue your goals and hobbies that can turn into a career and learn new things. Because dreams according to dharma makes you live a meaningful and have purposive life.
- Big Goals needs patience.
- Evaluate yourself:
a. In ten years what are your career goals/financial goals and personal/relationship goals?
b. This year what are your career goals/financial goals and personal/relationship goals
c. This month what are your career goals/financial goals and personal/relationship goals
