Best foods everyday for healthy skin

a. Avocados – eat at least portion of this and will affect greatly your skin. It prevents skin to dry, reduce breakouts and better skin conditions.

b. Eat fatty fish. Fatty fish are salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines. Fatty fish are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which lower the risk of diabetes and increase good cholesterol levels. b. Salty foods – is a sodium chloride use as additive for foods. When your body has a sodium intake it is mostly prone to blood pressure.

Salt can dehydrate your fleshy tissue that produces skin problems. You can undo those salty foods intake by drinking lots of water.
